Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp table cream
Instructions
- Peel, cube and boil the potatoes until tender
- Place the butter and garlic in a small bowl, cover and microwave for 1 minute
- Drain the potatoes and mash them
- Add the garlic butter, sour cream, cream, parsley and garlic salt to the potatoes
- Use an electric mixer to blend the potato mixture until smooth
